Yoga For Beginners
BEGINNER 90 MINUTE YOGA FLOW
Every Sunday: 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m. with Debbie. With beginners in mind, this class is specifically designed to be slower paced, yet physically challenging. It will touch every area of your body as you move through a 90 minute vinyasa style sequence. This vinyasa style or continuous movement will also be blended with longer holds or power style yoga. Also, enjoy the release of tension through a few deep stretches that end every class.
Bring a yoga mat, hand towel, and a water.

What is donation based yoga?
Yoga Anonymous is proud to offer a quality class by a professionally trained and certified instructor at no set cost and open to the local community. Yoga Anonymous has a philosophy that allows students to pay what they can afford when they can afford it. There is no minimum donation and all donations are voluntary. All you have to do is enter your name and email on this page to attend the next class!
Meet the Instructor
"It was love at first stretch" Debbie Patton recalls. When she signed up for her first yoga class, she thought it would just increase her flexibility. She quickly realized that flexibility was just a prominent side note compared to the release of emotional stress and relaxation she experienced. She grew physically stronger and noticed how her positive thought patterns increased with every single practice.
As a public educator since 2001, sharing, teaching, and reaching out to others has not only become a career, but a lifestyle and a passion. Debbie felt naturally compelled to reach out to the community through yoga. "It has a been a 'vision' since I closed my eyes during that first savasana," Debbie recalls. So, when the opportunity came to enter yoga teacher training, the decision was easy!
Debbie has much gratitude towards her wonderful teachers. She was trained and influenced by the amazing yogi Daniel Head (owner and instructor at The Yoga Room in Redlands, California) and the brilliant Yogi Travis Eliot (instructor at Santa Monica Power Yoga, The Yoga Collective, and Equinox Fitness in Los Angeles, California). As a result of her study, she became a graduate from the "Holistic Yoga Flow" teacher training program and a member the Yoga Alliance (200 RYT) in 2016.
Debbie has a carefree and easy going spirit. When off her mat, she enjoys reading, music, and spending time with her husband and her two lovely daughters.
